The hotel's location is superb. It is a short walk to many tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help guests (I really appreciated that). The room was spacious. The bathroom was clean and quite large.
The walls seemed a little thin. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

a charming stay in the heart of the city

prime location excellent service soft linens
The location was unbeatable. I could walk to many attractions. the staff (especially the reception) provided excellent service, offering helpful directions. the room was quite clean, and the bed linens felt wonderfully soft. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of pastries.
the room size was smaller than expected, making it slightly cramped for a longer stay.

the hotel staff demonstrated really good helpfulness, assisting with directions and local information, they added a personal touch. i noticed they handle requests very quickly, even when the lobby had many people. the team provides a smooth experience.

my standard room was clean. the bed provided a restful sleep. the provided toiletries had a nice fresh scent (a very nice touch!). i also appreciated how they maintained the cleanliness on a daily basis.

great location accommodating staff nice sundeck
The location is fantastic. I found shops and restaurants super close. The staff was friendly, also they were accommodating. I had coffee and tea in my room, which I especially loved. The sun deck was amazing. I was so happy!
The walls are too thin. I did hear chats from the next room. The temperature control wasn't available in my room. I had to call reception for assistance.
